Main Results
Search
You can simply use the
drop down boxes to search the British Dressage results database by Date
and Level. However,
more powerful searches can be performed using the free text entry boxes,
Show, Rider and Horse. Show
describes the whole show which might have just two classes or
many. A typical Show name is most often the same, or nearly the
same as the Venue name, however if you are looking for Premier League
shows for instance, simply enter Premier into the Show search box. With
the free text entry boxes you only need to enter as much information as
you know, for instance; entering Royal in the Horse Name box would find
all results where Royal appears somewhere in the horses name, Royal Star,
Royalty Boy etc. This applies to Show and Rider. Don't
forget that you may use any combination of the search fields to make up
your query. So if you want Medium results for a certain show on a
certain date, choose the date and level using the drop down boxes and enter
any part of the show name in
the Show Name field.
Data Held
The data that we use on this site is provided by British Dressage on a regular
basis. We hold results for both the current and previous year, a
result is deemed as any position which gains a grading point or qualifies
the combination for another class. There
are also International results which do not have points. For
performance reasons all searches are set to return a maximum of 250
results. There are currently over 60,000 results on the system. Grading
Points Summary
You
can use the grading points forms for either Horse
or Rider to see a summary of points achieved
and average percentages. Rider
Ranking
The rider ranking is onlinedressage's ranking, not an official British
Dressage ranking. You may choose how the ranking is calculated by
either average percentage, average points or total points scored.
Please note that to appear on the ranking a combination must achieve more
than one result.
